My inspiration came from acquiring these cups that were given to us at Ernst Cafe in New Orleans.
Easy-peasy, as all I had to do was use a black and white color scheme, and I had everything on hand!
I used paper plates and napkins leftover from Courtney's birthday party, black plastic chargers I picked up at a thrift store years ago, and my everyday silverware.
Since ribs were on the menu I used old cake pans to throw the bones in. The plants in the French Pots (given to me by my sweet friend, Judy) are from the backyard. I just thought it added a nice splash of color and felt it more 'masculine' than flowers..
Here's the table laden with food and our wonderful family, my daughter Courtney (in above picture),Steve, my step-mom Leilani, me, my dad, and my step-bro, Ric all here to enjoy it!
I am linking to Susan's marvelous blog Between Naps on the Porch, featuring many other fabulous Tablescapes!Have a lovely day!
You always do such nice tablescapes. I am sure the men really enjoyed it. I still remember the men's bible study tablescape that you did. It was wonderful.
