Tabletop Tuesday

I am joining Marty for Tabletop Tuesday, but today I think I should call it
'Toilet top Tuesday'!! LOL!!

I am featuring our guest bathroom all decked out for Christmas!

Most of these trinkets and treasures aren't Christmas decorations..I just gathered them from around my house to arrange a vignette..added a few Christmas greens and sparkly, glittery picks from Michael's.

The shelf is above the you-know-what...

Since the bathroom colors are brown and aqua, I thought 'Why fight it?' By adding glittery coppers and blues and a few ornaments, it became festive in no time! ;-)

Guess what I was sitting on when I took this picture. :-) I love the aqua gloves peeking out of the drawer..an unexpected splash of color..Santa is sitting on a vintage copper ice bucket. I love the richness that copper adds.

A little trinket box that always sits on this little table (love the verse on it) and surrounded by sprigs of greens and white, it makes it look a little more important!

I got that little swatch of vintage beaded fabric at a thrift and it was just enough to add a little different texture to the vignette.

This is a door that isn't used that leads into our son's bedroom . So I hung a curtain over it, and used this angel swag that Laura gave me. Pinned it up and added a little detail with ribbon and ornaments from the Dollar Store.

Above the table vignette hang my collection of motto's. I think it's always nice to have something to read whilst in the bathroom...hee-hee!!
There are some amazing Christmas ideas over at A Stroll Thru Life-be sure to pop over and check 'em out!!

  4. This makes me remember growing up in a one bathroom house. Can you imagine the ruckus a decorated bath would have caused? You would have made it so pretty nobody would have hurrried up and get out of the bathroom. lol
    Very pretty my friend.
